Cable and Wireless Sure is a wireless carrier operating out of the United Kingdom.  The Cable and Wireless V-DOCS launch took place in Guernsey, Jersey, and Isle of Man in April, 2012, and Cable and Wireless Sure has kept V-DOCS deployed since that time.

The company implemented the V-DOCS solution based on a desire to increase customer satisfaction levels, improve operational efficiency, and decrease costs.
